As part of the 2026 Open-Air Theatre Season, The Actor’s Church and Alfresco Actors will run a programme of free creative workshops, made possible with the support of the Noël Coward Foundation. The Foundation, established in the playwright’s legacy, supports theatre, education, and emerging talent, helping to ensure the next generation can access meaningful opportunities within the arts. We are incredibly grateful for their support.
The workshops will offer young people and early-career artists hands-on experience in acting, writing, directing, producing, and stagecraft, led by industry professionals. Designed to be welcoming, practical, and accessible, the programme will give participants the chance to build skills, confidence, and connections, while engaging directly with live theatre at the heart of Covent Garden, continuing the Actor’s Church’s historic role as a home for theatre-makers and theatrical memory.

Gabbie is also one of the mentors on this year's Westminster Council City Lions Mentoring Scheme! City Lions opens doors for young people to engage with Westminster’s vibrant cultural scene and explore exciting career pathways within the creative industries, including through mentorship for young people from those in creative industries. Through partnerships with leading organisations, City Lions provides exclusive learning experiences and free access to cultural events across the city - helping young people unlock their potential and connect with the creative world around them.
Previous education events produced by Gabbie have included an Academy for 16-18 year olds touring to open-air venues in the Cotswolds, and running events for Junior Members for the League of Independant Producers. If you're interested in chatting to us about or hiring us to run an education event then do get in touch.
